|
Katie Hazlewood is the inpatient pharmacist for the Swedish Family Medicine Residency Program. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Wyoming. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma with her Pharm.D., she went on to Texas to complete a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Parkland Hospital and then a Critical Care Specialty Residency with Texas Tech School of Pharmacy at the Dallas VA. Her medicine interest areas include infectious diseases, cardiology, and nutrition. In addition to scholarly activities, she is involved in teaching the University of Wyoming pharmacy students on a regular basis.
Outside
of the hospital, Katie is spends time with her fiancé, who is a
hematology/oncology Fellow in Denver. They enjoy trying new
restaurants and exploring Denver. |
